A Challenge in Blue

One of the cards I made at this past weekend's Crop of Believers (such a fun time) was a card for Our Daily Bread Design's latest challenge.  I was in need of masculine card, so decided to go with this beautiful blue designer paper from Authentique.

The card base is SU Tempting Tourquoise.  I used a beautiful new spellbinder to cut Sahara Sand and then embossed it with an e.f.  The wonderful sentiment from Our
Daily Bread Designs is stamped on Very Vanilla.  The little bird image is also SU and is stamped with Memento black and then colored with Copics.  The edges of the Very Vanilla paper is sponged with Cool Caribbean. A blue organza ribbon finishes this card off.

Thanks for stopping by!

Edit 2/25/12-This card was a Shining the Light winner at ODBD on 1/21/12.
