Mini Mouse

Hello Friends and Happy Resurrection Weekend!

It is dreary and rainy here today so I have been crafting away the time.  I have been making cards for my friend who sells them and thought this could be used as a general card or for Mother's Day.  I will send an optional Happy Mother's Day sentiment to stick inside the card if she wants.

I have been struggling with creativity so I looked to a sketch to change things up.

I tried to use some scraps on my desk including the wood grain panel and the circle/ring die cut.  The leaves were also a last minute find that worked well on the card.

Here is the sketch from Try Stamping on Tuesday~

I did not make a mini slim card so added strips of patterned paper along the side of my card to give the illusion of a mini slim card concerning the white panel.

I used an older, never used Unity Stamps image, colored it with Copics and fussy cut it out.

I am also linking up to Festive Friday- Earth Day.  I have used animals, tree (embossed wood grain), and plants.

Thanks for visiting and have a Blessed Easter!

Sweet Strawberry

 Hello!

Believe it or not, I am back with another card- and a challenge or two!

I combined a Impression Obsession sentiment with a Sweet n Sassy Stamps (now Creative Worship stamps) with the new sketch and Sunday Stamps.

I am also linking up to Word Art Wednesday,   Simply Clean and Simple- anything goes. and Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge- Sweet Treats  and Love Those Pretty Papers.

The strawberry was colored with Copics and fussy cut out.  I used a couple of pieces of scrap paper to create the look of a folded corner and finished things off with a few sequins.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a very blessed Easter,

Pastel Parade

 Hello.

It's been a good while since posting on my blog or on social media.  I stepped away from crafting, at least the public aspect of it.  I am still making cards and am blessed to have a friend who sells them for me.

I still follow challenge blogs to give me inspiration.  This week I spotted the colors over at Color Dare and decided to give them a go.

No fancy photos or multiple pictures- just a photo snapped with my phone.

I colored these Mama Elephant images with Copics and fussy cut them out.  They are popped up on scrap cardstock.  I have been eyeing a die set from Penny Black for months and finally broke down and bought it.  The large frame was perfect for this little parade of critters.

Thanks for taking a peek!
