Hello, Hello!
I hope everyone is enjoying a long weekend. I did a bit of card making yesterday, then found myself watching a video in the Bible Journaling Tips and Tricks Facebook Group.
I enjoyed learning how to make my own binders but also enjoyed seeing all of the free resources available. I found myself ordering highlighter markers today as well as some binder rings. I also downloaded and printed quite a few forms. I tried out one below which I thought would be perfect for my style of notetaking.
I am not embarrassed to say that my page decorating with ink and stencil is not at all my idea- I took it straight from the video by Deidre Cason and Jami Bova. I BIG thanks to them for the video and all of the free resources available.
I used a freebie stencil, Distress Oxide Inks in Fossilized Amber, Ripe Persimmon, and Frayed Burlap. The words bread and life are stamped in Memento Rich Cocoa Ink using the Chunky Alpha Stamp Set from SnSS. I used a Pigma Micron Pen, size .05mm for all of the writing.
I am pretty pleased with how this turned out seeing as it was my first time trying it. I may have found a new way to take notes...
Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed week!
Lee Ann
