Pot Full of Daisies

 Hello !

I picked up this stamp set from Top Flight Stamps.  It is a Jane's Doodles set from Creative Expressions.

This coffee pot won me over!  I am not a coffee drinker but I think this is just adorable and it reminds me of the chrome one my mom had when I was a kid.

The image was colored with Copics and fussy cut out.  My background panel was stamped with an IO Stamps Cover A Card Background Stamp, Leaf Ledger; it is stamped in Maple Yellow Ink from Altenew.

The frame is made with MFT's Stitched Rectangle Scalloped Edge Dies.  I gave the coffee pot a bit of dimension by adding some scrap cs to the back of it.

The sentiment is from Sweet n Sassy Stamps, Choose Faith. A few yellow sequins were added for sparkle.

Thanks for stopping by!

I used the sketch at MFT~

Mom's Butterfly

 Hello Friends!

Happy Mother's Day to all of the moms out there!

I started with the Simon Says Stamp Delicate Flowers Stamp Set and stamped and colored the flower and extra leaves with Copics.  The butterfly is from Sweet n Sassy Stamps.  After coloring, all images were fussy cut out.

I created a window in the white panel with a retired PTI Die.  The pink background panel was heat embossed with the SnSS Typewriter Text Background Stamp and clear embossing powder. I determined the placement of my leaves and flowers, then determined the placement of my sentiment.  The sentiment was stamped in my MISTI with Versafine Claire ink.

The white panel was popped up and the foliage was adhered to the card.  A few SSS Moonshine sequins finish the card.

Classic Colors

 Hello, Hello!

A friend of mine requested sympathy cards, so I pulled out some oldies but goodies.

The background was embossed with a Tim Holtz 3D embossing folder that I had inked up with Altenew Cloudy Sky Ink.  I then spritzed it with water to get the speckled look.

Once the panel was dry, I used a Delicata Gold Glitz Pigment Ink and lightly passed it over the raised areas of the embossing.  I cut the panel to size and backed it with some yellow cs.

The flower was all die cut from white cs using Altenew's Peony Dream 3D Die Set.  I used some distress ink in Scattered Straw and Fossilized Amber to add a bit of color to the flower.  Everything was assembled including a small sentiment strip.  Last but not least, some SSS Moonshine Sequins were added.

Pretty in Pink

Hello All!

Flowers, flowers and more flowers.  Today I pulled out my Delightful Daisies from SnSS.  They were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copics.

The flowers were fussy cut out.

I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday

I had this pretty scrap of patterned paper in my stash that looks like wood panels.  I used that as my main panel which I adhered my daisies to.  I had a couple of white leaf die cuts laying on my desk, so I added them as well.

The card front needed something, so I added texture with a caard front die from Sizzix (retired).  The sentiment is SnSS.  A few sequins were added for sparkle.

I am linking up to these additional challenges~

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed week!
