Hello Everyone!
I crafted the weekend away- it's been a while since I did that- and had fun stamping with a friend. I wanted to make a non-Valentine Valentine card, so I got out my SnSS Blooming Anemones Stamp Set. It was a bit of a 'pink weekend' for me, starting with this card- the flowers were colored with RV and R Copics and fussy cut out.
The background was stamped in Spun Sugar Distress Ink with the new SnSS Flourish Background Stamp.
The background panel was added to a kraft card base and then the middle sentiment strip was added. Placement of the sentiment (from the SnSS Valentine Critters Stamp Set) was determined and was stamped with Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink using my MISTI. The floral spray was adhered to the card and a few sequins were added for sparkle. I used a white gel pen to highlight the flower centers.
