I colored all of my images with Copics, used the "outside the box" technique to die cut out the flower, and used the scalloped edges of the Gift Ensemble Box to create a scalloped border around the image panel. The pink colored dp mat is dry embossed with the Stampin' Up honeycomb ef.
The next card uses two images, one from the Gateway to the Seasons Collection and the other from the Sweet Serenity Collection.
For the All Seasons Gazebo, I first watercolored it using reinkers and an aquabrush and then, once dry, went back in and added shading and shadowing with Prismacolors. The bird image and the floret are both colored with Copics.
Complete instructions for both cards can be found below. For more fabulous inspiration from the Design Team, check out the Heartfelt Creations blog.
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and have a blessed day!

You have such a talent for working with color! Both of these are lovely!
ReplyDeletebeautiful, love the colors and your coloring!
ReplyDeleteLee Ann, I love both of these. Your use of the dies in the first card is creative and inspiring. You were definitely thinking "outside the box" and you took me there with you, which is a great thing, indeed! But that second card just makes me happy all over! Placing that chubby, cheeky little bird in front of the gazebo instantly creates a sense of depth that invites you to walk in and sit for a while. Creative genius!
ReplyDeleteYour projects are beautiful. Your coloring on that first card is just amazing.
