By the Sea with Sweet 'n Sassy

Hi Everyone!

Here is a peek at a Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps new release, coming this Friday!

We have new dies to go with old stamps!  These dies include ones for the gorgeous Beauty By the Sea Stamp Set
I colored and die cut my shells, then made my beach using white embossing paste with a bit if Crumb Cake reinker mixed in.  Once I had the paste how I wanted it on the cs, I spritzed it with some Tattered Angels gold mist and brown mist.  The sentiment comes from the Across the Miles Stamp Set
My inspiration and sketch inspiration came from Inspired By Stamping-

I am also linking this up to a brand new challenge, The Mixed Media Card Challenge!  They make it so easy to play along! Their current theme is 'Summer'.

The Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog theme is also 'Summer'.
613 Avenue Create's challenge this week is Sights, Sounds, Smells or Tastes of Summer.
Eclectic Paperie's challenge this month is 'embossing'.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a blessed week!

Lee Ann  :)

  5. Beautiful card Lee Ann. Love the beach scene ... especially that sand you've made with the embossing paste ... looks real! Love the addition of the netting to add texture along with your beautiful starfish and shells. The vellum for the water horizon is so creative. Thanks for playing along with us at Mixed Media Card challenge.

  8. OK, get outta town. Those sequin oysters holding the pearls are out of this world. What a fabulous creation - so much texture, shine - yet the card is peaceful. Nicely done. Thank you for joining us at MMCC #2 with your beautiful creation.

  9. How beautiful, Lee Ann! I have such a fondness for the beach, and especially artwork done in soft, watercolor-like hues. The "stitched" vellum certainly gives a wonderful break between the paper and sand. Wonderful card. I have pinned you! hugs, de
