Hello and Happy Wednesday Everyone!
I have another Splitcoaststampers sketch challenge card for you today.
Using watercolors is one of my favorite ways of creating 'panels' in sketches. I have used Ken Oliver Colorbursts for the purple strip here~
The yummy Ice Cream Cone is one of the new dies from Impression Obsession. It has debossed waffle cone lines that I highlighted with a brown Prismacolor Pencil. I made this a two scooper with two of my faves- chocolate chip and mint chocolate chip! What flavor would you make?
The scoops of ice cream were die cut from white cs and colored with Copics. I used a white ring that was die cut using the Wacky Stitched Circles Dies. The sentiment, which is from the Ice Cream Sayings Stamp Set was heat embossed with Alabaster White Embossing Powder on dark brown cs. The sentiment was die cut out with the Rounded Corners Sentiment 2 Dies. Both the sentiment strip and the cone were popped up on foam tape over the circle. A few sequins finish the card.
Hop on over to SCS to play along!
Thanks for stopping by,
Lee Ann
