Hello!
I hope you are enjoying your spring; we are enjoying sunshine here, after a week of rain.
A friend requested some Mother's Day cards, so I have been busy with feminine cards. You can't go wrong when you use florals for Mom's Day.
I needed a bit of inspiration for this card, so I used the sketch from Inspire Me. I am also linking up to the Krafty Chicks Challenge, 'All Occasions''.
I love using scraps up and this card used a lot of them. The green background panel, the purple watercolored strip and the white die cut ring were all scraps.
The flowers are from the Anemones Slimline Stamp set from IO. And...enabler alert- IO Stamps entire website is 20% off this month! I colored the flowers with Copics and fussy cut them out. The panels were assembled and the flowers were popped up with scrap pieces of card stock. The sentiment is from Altenew's Extra Special Stamp Set.
The green panel in my stash was made with multiple snss sentiments stamped in white as well as the Fern Background Stamp which was stamped tone on tone.
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a fantastic week!
Lee Ann
