This turned out better than I envisioned it (and that does not happen often!). The rainbow from the adorable Rainbow Scallops Stamp was colored with Copics. I cut the panel down on the sides and stamped the sentiment, Believe in Rainbow, in IO Black Ink.
The card base was colored in ombre fashion with Copics. The rainbow panel was popped up on foam tape on the card base and then the perfect , little Stitched Cloud die cuts were added with varying dimension. A few clear sequins finish the card.

Love the layout. Your use of the ombre blue and halo make the card.
