Hi Everyone and Welcome to the last week of July (insert tears here)!
I had a chance to play last evening and gave this sketch at Viva La Verve a shot.
The Rock and Roll technique was perfect for the Bloom and Grow Stamp Set. I also used the coordinating die; that was one of my first 'must haves'! Pretty self explanatory, eh?!
Have a wonderful week!

Taking a Vaca with Kraftin' Kimmie!
Happy Saturday, the last Saturday of July!
Goodness, where has the summer gone?? I am starting to sweat over the thought of going back to work, LOL! I so enjoy my summers off, especially since I love to travel.
Kraftin' Kimmie's Saturday Challenge is all about travel and vacations this week. I went CAS with my card~
I used the new Sweet Summer Sentiments set; I thought this would make a great card for a guy, specifically my father. The anchor is popped up on a bit of dimensional and has some Hemptique twine through it.
The sentiment was heat embossed with clear ep and color added with distress inks and water. I ironed off the embossing once I had the color how I wanted it.
So now it is your turn! Hop on over to the blog to see all of the wonderful inspiration from my teamies and then link up your creation!
I used this week's CAS(E) This Sketch~
and am also linking up to Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge- 'I for Inspiration'. For this card, the 'i' is for ink and for iron off.
At AAA Cards, the challenge is 'Waterworld'.
Paper Sweeties has a red, white and blue challenge for July.
Thanks so much for stopping by and can't wait to see what you create!

Scrapbooking? You Bet!
Hi Everyone!
I'm sharing a much anticipated new stamp set from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps-Scrapbook Essentials!
It felt so good to get back to scrapbooking; it has been on the back burner for quite some time. As you can see, I am an old fashioned scrapbooker- lots of pictures on a page and not tons of embellies. I have so much stash from my scrapbooking days but so much of it does not match- it is a bit of this and a bit of that. This set allowed me to have everything matchy matchy!
These photos are of my sweetie, Bella; I just love the 5 x 7 pic of her- it is so hard to get her standing still, and here, she almost posed! All of my labels, titles and banners are stamped and embossed with black ep. The snowflakes are diecut using dies from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.
Along with new stamps comes a NEW CHALLENGE! That's right- once a month Tangii will host the Krafty Scrappy Challenge, which is basically anything but a card. See the details about the challenge on the blog and link up your projects there!
You will also find lots more inspiration from the Krafty Girls on the blog, so be sure to check it out!
And don't forget about the Krafty Friends Blog Hop, where you can link up your Krafty creation
Have a blessed day!

New Nature
Hi All!
Back again with my third post of the day. It is an extremely lazy day here today, and nothing productive is happening. Stamps and ink called my name. :)
Butterfly Basics is another new to me SU set. I used the faux watercolor technique here and then added a few butterflies- one of them is fussy cut out and popped up on dimensionals. The sentiment is from the Tin of Cards set. I fussy cut the 'Congrats' and then masked 'Congrats' off and stamped 'to you'.
I used the sketch from (CAS)E this Sketch~
I flipped the sketch, putting the sentiment on the left side instead of the right.
I am also linking up to Inkspirational- 'Anything Goes with Kraft',
and Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge, Anything Goes.
Hope you are having a blessed weekend!
Lee Ann :)
Supplies Used-
Stamps- SU Tin of Cards, Butterfly Basics
Paper-SU Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip, mixed media paper
Other- dimensionals, spritzer

Some New Stash
Good Morning everyone! This is my second post of the day; if you are looking for my Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge post, scroll down or click HERE.
I just got some new Stampin' Up goodies and decided to ink up a couple of sets. I know I have said this before, but I can never have too many sympathy cards. It is the most asked for card from people I work with. Because of this, I have decided to add to my sympathy stash. I used the 'You've Got This' and Tin of Cards for this card~
I added the word 'with' from a sentiment in the 'Simply Sketched' set. The flower and the word, 'sympathy' are embossed in gold. The flower is colored with Copic markers.
As you can see, I fussy cut the flower out and left off the stem. I used the leaves, tucking them under the flower.
I used the sketch from Viva La Verve~
and my colors are from Colour Me...
Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies Used-
Stamps- SU Simply Sketched, You've Got This, Tin of Cards

Good Morning Everyone and Happy Saturday!
It is time for another Saturday Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps, and today the challenge is 'Beach'. So break out those beachy stamps and join us!

As always, you have a chance to win a $10 certificate to the KKS store if you join us in our challenges.

I am linking up to Just Us Girls, with their great color combo!
I am also linking up to 'Less is More', with the challenge being, 'Life is a Beach'

Another Wonderful Wednesday Challenge!
Happy Hump Day Everyone!
I really cannot believe it is already July 15th; I could really let myself get depressed about starting back to school if I think about it- so I don't think about it! When in doubt, craft!
It's Wednesday and that means it is time for another Wonderful Wednesday Challenge on the Kraftin' Kimmie blog. As always, the challenge is 'Anything Goes'.
I have had this image colored up for months now but never decided what to do with it. She was perfect for a few challenges this week- I used the sketch from MOJO Monday
and I am also linking up to Shopping Our Stash Challenge, which is 'Paper Piecing' this week.
I colored with Copics and paper pieced the vest. Love these colors! Added a few buttons and called it done! I am trying to make all of my cards mailable these days.
We hope you can join us; get krafty and link your creation up HERE!
AND...Do you know about the Linkie Party we are having? Details are HERE.
Have a Blessed Week!

Day 3 Sneak Peeks!
Hello Again!
Today I have a little girl power for you! Seriously, when I first saw this Kraftin Kimmie stamp, my thought was that it was a great image to encourage girls who may not fit the ruffles and bows 'norm'. This little gal, from the new Pretty as a Princess Stamp Set, is pretty no matter what she chooses to do! Anyone know any tomboys out there, LOL!
Notice there are no flowers or bows on this card and the only bling is a single gem on her crown!
I have been inspired lately by the coloring and scene building of Sandy Allnock. I decided to give scene building a whirl. I must admit, at first I was a bit worried, but as I got going, it was really quite fun! The entire card is done with Copics.
I am linking this to The Sister Act Card Challenge- 'Anything Goes'
as well as Addicted to Stamps and More-'Making Your Mark'.
Ready to see what the rest of the Team has for you? Just follow the links below and be sure to leave a little love along the way; there will be one winner of a KKS gift voucher, randomly selected from all of the comments left on the blogs.
And don't forget the release party! Saturday, 6pm EST, right HERE!

It is Day 2 of the Sneak Peeks and we have both Coffee and Bubbles!
Hi Everyone!
Today we are sharing peeks of a brand new Kraftin' Kimmie coffee stamp, Coffee and Friends. We are also excited that the Becky Bubbles Stamp Set that was featured in the Becky Bubbles Card Kit last month is now going to be released as its own stamp set!
This stamp reminds me of me! Is this not what all of us girls do when we go out to lunch or for coffee! Hours spent chatting and relaying life's stories!
I colored with Copics, die cut the image with a SU framelit and matted it with black cs. The dp is Bo Bunny. I cut a decorative border with a Spellbinders Edgeabilities die, added a bow and a SU button. The tag is cut with a Heartfelt Creations die from the Decorative Flower Pot die set. I added a final bit of KK bling, black sequins.
I am linking up to Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge-'Coffee or Tea?'
I am also linking up to {Pin}spirational Challenges; is this not the most adorable photo?
And we cannot forget Becky, lost in a book and bubbles! She is being released this weekend as well!
This card was made with last month's Becky Bubbles kit. I drew in the floor and die cut the window with a Taylored Expressions window die. The I added lace trim to the curtain and used three paper flowers that were colored with Copics to make the curtain tie back. I also used a Glaze Pen on the bubbles and some of Becky's hair to give it a wet look. Unfortunately, I could not get that to show up on camera.
Ready for some more inspiration? The Krafty Girls have been busy and have lots to share. Be sure to leave some love at each stop as one lucky stamper from all of the comments this week is going to be winning some Krafty Kash to the KKS store! and ALL of the new releases will be available Saturday evening at the Release Party!

Day 1 of Kraftin' Kimmie July Peeks!
Hello Everyone, and welcome to the first of several sneak peeks for the
Kraftin' Kimmie July Release!
Oh, do we have some fun stuff for you!
Oh, do we have some fun stuff for you!
Our first peek is of a new sentiment set, Summer Sentiments~
These are perfect stand alone sentiments. This one is embossed with black embossing powder; the fonts are just gorgeous! There are nine sentiments and 3 accessory stamps.
I made my own background that highlights the sentiment perfectly. The fruit stamp is from the set, Good Vibrations. This adorable set is chock full of summer goodies!
Also, please excuse the photo quality. For some reason, the computer wants to mess with the sentiment panel. The photo is perfectly clear, but when uploaded to the blog, it gets fuzzy.
I am entering this in Virginia's View Challenge- "100%stamped"
And my sketch is from Sweet Sunday Sketch. This week we were to choose any of the past sketches. I chose sketch 217.
The Krafty Team has been busy! Follow the links below to visit their blogs and be sure to leave some love at each blog because one lucky stamper from all of the comments is going to win some Krafty Kash to shop at the KKS store.
Save the date! The July release will be available Saturday night after the Online Release Party! Come join the fun!

Party with Stamplorations!
Good Morning and Happy 4th of July weekend for those of you in the U.S.!
I am thrilled to be guesting again for Shery over at Stamplorations. She has such unique and fun stamps. I could not resist this brand new set, Party Girl, released for their 2nd birthday!
So how fun is this?? The beauty of this set is that all the parts are separate and it also comes with two heads and two sets of legs- now this may sound a bit odd but it is so cool as you can make her standing face forwards or with her back to you as in the card above. I love this set!
The challengehttp://stamplorations.blogspot.com/ this month is 'Stamps and Distress'. I started with stamping the image on white cardstock and coloring with Copics. Next, I dragged the cs through Tim Holtz Antique Linen and Tattered Rose inks. I did not worry about getting distress ink on the image as this was to have a distressed look.
Once dry, I spattered some water on the background and then spritzed with Tattered Angels Gold spray. The dress was stamped a second time, colored and then fussy cut out. I added lots of glitter and then adhered over the original image.
The sentiment is heat embossed in gold on vellum.
I used the sketch from Retrosketches~
As you can see, I flipped it.
I am also linking up to Addicted to Stamps and More, Anything Goes.
Thanks so much for stopping by and have a safe and blessed 4th of July!
