Thanks, Mom

Hi Everyone!

I love Fusion Challenges and could not resist playing along this week using their sketch.  I used one of my new dies from Die~Namites to frame my sentiment.

For texture, I  used some strips of seam binding and created a panel using a basket weave with the strips.  I dry embossed the background panel and the pale yellow oval.  The pansies are cut from the Nana's Flowers Die and painted with Luminarte Silks Acrylic Paint.  I layered them up for dimension.

The sentiment is from a brand new Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps set, Thankful Innies, and no, we are not talking about belly buttons!  I stamped it then fussy cut it apart to fit the curves of the flowers and oval.  Prima pearls finish off the card.
I am also linking this up to Craft Hoarders Anonymous, where this week's challenge is to use a stamp!

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a Very Blessed Easter!

Lee Ann  :)
