Hello All!
Happy new week. It has been a dreary weekend here, perfect for crafting. I spent the day crafting with a friend yesterday, making a variety of cards. Along with the dreary weather comes bad photos and never have I had such trouble trying to get good pics of cards. Would you believe that the true colors of the card below are peachy pink flowers and the squares are more pinky-mauve. That is a far cry from peach and rust.
I will definitely be trying to get a better picture when the sun is out.
I used the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches~
Obviously, I rotated the sketch.
My flowers and leaves are from the SnSS set, My Savior's Love. The sentiment is from the Be Still and Know Stamp Set. I have been using the Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink almost exclusively for my sentiments. The coverage and deep black color are wonderful. I Defined the flower centers with a Zig Millenium Marker, .008. A few SSS Moonshine sequins and some Wink of Stella finish the card.
Super simple with minimal supplies.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful week!
Lee Ann

ReplyDeleteI love how you flipped the sketch on the side for these gorgeous flowers! And I love the picture of your sweet Bella on your sidebar. We adopted a greyhound a couple of years ago and he is such a sweet dog.
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely gorgeous Lee Ann! Flipping the sketch gives such a different and wonderful look and feel. Thanks so much for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches.
