Sweet Baby

Hello, Hello! 

Today is Release Day at Sweet n Sassy Stamps and you are going to be wowed by the stamps!  Korin put together a fabulous springtime release which is currently bundled for a sweet savings. 
This adorable lamb was illustrated by the talented Jenn Nilsson.  It is from the Sweet Little Lamb Stamp Set. 

I used the sketch from CAS(E) This Sketch.  I started with the lamb; stamped it Memento Tuxedo Black ink, colored with Copics, and then fussy cut out.  
The background panel is done on Canson XL mixed media paper.  I did a water color wash with my Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors and once dry, splattered on blue paint and black paint.  I cut this panel out with a stitched rectangle die. 
Kraft cardstock and a bit of Lawn Fawn plaid paper were added for the narrow panel.  I stamped the sentiment with my MISTI in Versafine Black ink. The lamb was popped up on dimensionals and a few sequins finished it off.
