Yep, second post today- can you believe it??
Sharing an easy, bright and fun card using a Spellbinders die, Balloon Party Animal.
All I needed was two shades of yellow cardstock to create the balloon. I did add some white highlights using a Gelly roll white pen.

The sentiment is from the Impression Obsession's Party Animal Stamp Set. A few sequins add sparkle and are SSS Moonshine sequins.
